2. No smoking inside the condo or on the property; violation may incur cleaning fees and penalties. 

3. Avoid rearranging furniture. 

4. Parties, events, and pets are not allowed.

5. All guests must be registered, and the maximum occupancy is 6 people.

6. Only pre-registered individuals are allowed to check-in; no visits during the stay.

7. Drug use is strictly prohibited; suspected cases will be reported to authorities. 

8. Respect the pool and outdoor areas: Shower before entering the pool, use appropriate swim attire, and avoid bringing glassware near the pool area. 

9. Practice environmental awareness: Be mindful of water and electricity usage, contributing to sustainable practices.
