Getting Around
The property is located in Playa Bejuco, an exclusive gated community, right at 20 mins from Jacó.
We recommend renting a car to get to the property and enjoy the area. Parking is available for one vehicle. Taxis are available in the area for round trips.
There is a conventional supermarket , convenience stores, and restaurants just in front of the residences.
Our staff is ready to assist you if you want to do some day excursions or need help organizing transportation.
House Rules
We want to ensure everyone has a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay. Please take a moment to review the house rules:
• Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. / Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
• Maximum of 6 guests allowed — no unregistered visitors
• No smoking inside the apartment (Extra fees will apply)
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
• No commercial photography or filming
• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Self check-in is available via keypad
• A photo ID is required in advance for all guests (for condo entry)
• Towels or clothing must not be hung on the balcony railings (condo fines will be applyed to the guest)
• Please rinse off sand in the outdoor showers before entering the apartment
• Only use the assigned parking spaces for your unit
• Follow all instructions from condo security staff
• A different swimsuit is required for pool use (not the same one worn at the beach)
• Please let us know your estimated check-out time in advance
Before you leave:
• Gather used towels
• Throw away all trash
• Turn off lights and AC
• Lock up securely
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property, and reporting to the booking platform.
